Which means after buying anything at our site, you don’t need to be anxious about anything, we take care of everything to make your product available to you in best of shape and as quickly as possible.
Each Order received at Shoe Terminus will get processed within 2 days, and we inform you at every step i.e. when order is placed, processed, shipped and delivered. And of course, our customer care is there to answer your questions and resolve your problems right there.
We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.
Please Note: The delivery timeframe mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product at the merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. Returns
At Shoe Terminus, we believe that customer satisfaction is key, therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you , then also you are completely protected. At Shoe Terminus we offer returns for all such items. However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and we does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.We will also not be able to accept the return if
* Product is used/worn or altered;
* Product exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
* Product is returned without original packaging and accessories;
* Product serial Number is tampered.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within one days of receiving the order.
Cancellation
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Shoe Terminus, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
* Product no longer available with our merchant or temporarily out of stock
* Limitations on quantities available for purchase
* Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C
* Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
* Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
* Inaccurate or insufficient address
* Non-serviceable locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
